Find out current weather conditions, history, formation, and ecology of Mt. Fuji through exhibits and movies. The second floor observatory deck provides views of Mt. Fuji from up close.
-Mt. Fuji 5th Station
Climb 2,300 meters (7,546 ft) above sea level for breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding lakes on a clear day. Torii gates, shrines, and souvenir shops decorate this station known as the border between the heavens and the earth.
You can enjoy Japanese style meal if you buy the option with lunch.

-Lake Ashi cruise
Go on a Hakone sightseeing cruise aboard a pirate ship modeled after medieval times. The crater filled lake was born from a powerful volcanic eruption nearly 3,000 years ago and provides postcard views of Mt. Fuji from various angles.
-Mt. Komagatake Ropeway
Catch sweeping views of Mt. Fuji, Lake Ashi, Izu Peninsula, Izu Islands, Hakone National Park, and more while climbing up and down the mountain on an aerial cableway.

Cancelation Policies – 2 Days
Full refund 2 days prior to your experience
- Must be made 2 full days prior to 12:00 AM local time the day your experience is scheduled. For example, if your experience is scheduled for Friday, cancel by the previous Tuesday at midnight (Wednesday 12:00 AM in the experience’s timezone) for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 2 days in advance, the experience is nonrefundable.
We know that your plans change sometimes, and that’s why we’ve made it possible to cancel your booking if you really need to. Before canceling an experience, however, we suggest that you contact your host - they’re very accommodating and might be able to be accommodating if it’s a simple change of date or time.
If you still need to cancel your booking, you can do so from your Dashboard. Go to Dashboard > Your Bookings to find all your upcoming experiences. Click through to the booking you want to cancel; at the bottom, you’ll find a reminder of the experience’s cancellation policy and a button to cancel your booking.
The experience’s cancellation policy will determine whether or not you receive a full refund. Please note that your experience is only officially cancelled when you receive an email from us confirming the cancellation and your refund status.
